SequenceGazer is used to characterize intact proteins, neuropeptides, and their post- translational modifications (PTMs). This site has many tools and graphical features to facilitate analysis of single proteins. If you are a Windows user, we have released a new tool, ProSightLite, which has all of the same features in a standalone Windows application.
